BLAZE is more than childcare ā€” itā€™s a high-energy, Christ-centered experience designed just for kids. With dynamic worship, engaging Bible lessons, fun games, and hands-on activities, weā€™re igniting young hearts to know and follow Jesus.

Photo and Video Consent

By signing and submitting this registration form, I hereby grant Better Together Church (BTG) permission to photograph and/or record video of my child during BLAZE Kids Church services and related church activities. I understand that these images and recordings may be used exclusively for official church purposes, including but not limited to: service slideshows, church website, social media, promotional materials, and ministry archives. I acknowledge that my childā€™s name will not be used in connection with any images or recordings unless explicit additional permission is granted. By signing/submitting this form, I waive any rights to compensation and release Better Together Church, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability related to the use of these media assets. ā˜ I agree to the terms above and give permission for my child to be photographed and recorded by BTG Church for official use only.
